Directions to Smithers Winter Test Center
The Winter Test Center is located 340 miles (about a six-hour drive) north of Detroit on Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and about 30 miles (48km) southwest of Sault Ste. Marie. From Interstate 75 (I75), take Route 28 west through the town of Raco to the test facility on the left side.
