Fatigue Tests

Smithers laboratories can run standard radial and cornering fatigue tests on all sizes of wheels from ATV and Golf Cart Wheels, Passenger Car and Light Wheels, Commercial Vehicle Wheels, Agricultural Wheels, and Off Road Wheels.

Our test load capabilities range from 200-lb force (890 N) to over 36,000-lb force (160 kN) for radial fatigue and from 8,000 in-lb (903 N-m) to 300,000 in-lb (33.9 kN –m).  Wheel diameters can range from approximately 8-inch (203 mm) to 48-inch (1,220 mm).
