Prior to General Motors, Tener was the Senior Engineer for Honda R&D Americas, where he led the CAE simulation for predicting vehicle steering, handling, ride and low-frequency vibrations. Tener has also worked as the Technical Manager for Bridgestone/Firestone’s vehicle systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Akron.
The Smithers Rapra tire testing facility in Ravenna, Ohio is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited and provides a wide range of durability and endurance testing as well as performance testing for tires and wheels.
